Preview: Chattanooga FC vs Chicago Fire FC II

Chattanooga FC celebrates Tate Robertson's goal against Red Bull New York II

Chattanooga FC welcomes Chicago Fire FC II to Finley Stadium on Saturday, June 27 at 7:00 p.m. ET.

Chattanooga FC will be back in action at Finley Stadium for the first time in 21 days on Saturday night.

CFC earned another pair of crucial points on the road in a 1-1 draw and 5-4 shootout win at NYCFC II last Sunday, meaning the Boys in Blue have tallied seven points in the last three matches to bring their season total to 26. New York native Damien Barker John scored his fifth goal of 2026 to put CFC on the board Sunday night.

Chattanooga is still in the playoff mix heading into its second meeting with Chicago this season. Last weekend, CFC maintained its sixth-place spot in the Eastern Conference standings and the club still sits third in the Southeast Division.

Last time out against Chicago on March 15 saw CFC fall 2-1 on the road, and Alex McGrath scored the lone goal for the Scenic City. Saturday will be the only matchup between the two at Finley Stadium this season.

With Chicago being an addition to the Southeast Division for 2026, Chattanooga is slated to travel to the Windy City one final time on September 20 to close out the regular season.
